For the first burn, allow your candle to burn for 2-4 hours or until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface. This creates a proper melt pool and prevents tunneling, ensuring your candle burns evenly throughout its life.
Trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each use when the wax is solid and cool. Usewick trimmers or nail clippers for best results. This prevents smoking, ensures even burning, and extends your candle's life.
Yes, our candles are made with pet-safe ingredients. However, always keep burning candles out of reach of pets, ensure good ventilation, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Some pets may be sensitive to certain fragrances.
We use natural soy wax in all our candles. Soy wax burns cleaner and longer than paraffin, is biodegradable, and comes from renewable resources. It also holds fragrance better and produces less soot.

Tunneling occurs when you don't burn your candle long enough during the first use. Always burn until the wax melts to the edges of the container. To fix tunneling, wrap aluminum foil around the neck of the candle, leaving the center open, and burn until the wax levels out. Try not to burn in areas with fans.
Our 7oz candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Burn time depends on properwick trimming, burn duration, and environmental factors like drafts and room temperature.
Extinguish the candle immediately and let it cool completely. Hot jars indicate the candle has been burning too long (over 4 hours) or the wick is too long. Always burn candles on heat-resistant surfaces and never touch a hot jar.
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused candles in original packaging.
